If an agent is available after selecting the solution requiring support, they will be able to assist you via the chat widget. If an agent isn’t available, you will be directed to reach out to us via the customer portal, or via phone for urgent requests. We are working on adding our complete solution line to support chat functionality, and more information will be posted soon as it is available.

To obtain an Amadeus Hospitality Customer Central Community account, please Request an Account. The form will be sent to Amadeus Hospitality Support for verification. Your account information will be forwarded to you via e-mail within 1 business day.

When submitting your email, please provide the following information:

- Amadeus product needing support
- Details of your inquiry including screenshots and/or images
