To improve staff productivity and event execution, Amadeus Hospitality Diagramming (formerly known as iPlan) has been integrated into the Amadeus Fundamental Sales & Event Management module (formerly known as hotel SalesPro).
This integration eliminates the need for double data entry and reduces the errors that impact the execution of events. With this new release, just one click of a button enables the user to be taken from creating a booking in the Amadeus Fundamental Sales & Event Management module into Amadeus Hospitality Diagramming to create the room plan for the event. Information about the booking is automatically carried over.
The enhanced design tools in this release come with multiple benefits that help our hotel clients adapt to their ever-changing customer demands by enabling users to create more detailed and accurate room plans. It helps planners visualize their event setup, enables venue sales staff to sell function space more effectively, and assists event staff set up the function space with immaculate precision. The result is more revenue, happier planners, and successfully executed events.
