The webinar sessions are available to all users of HotSOS (original version).
- Are you new to HotSOS and just learning the product? Scroll down and click the tabs to see what we offer:
- User sessions – These sessions are intended for anyone who primarily use a PC and/or mobile device to enter and monitor service orders or take action on a service order.
- Property Administrator sessions – These sessions are intended for anyone who will be responsible for updating and managing HotSOS database (ie. Locations, Issues, Personnel, Business Rules, Devices, etc.).
Note: For property administrators, it is recommended you attend both Property Administrator and User sessions.
- Are you an existing user looking to refresh your skills? Register just for the sessions that interest you.
- Unable to find a session time convenient for you? On-demand recordings of the webinars are also available. Just click an On-Demand link and register for the session.
