- User sessions – These sessions are intended for anyone who primarily use a PC and/or mobile device to enter and monitor service orders or take action on a service order.
- Property Administrator sessions – These sessions are intended for anyone updating and managing the HotSOS Housekeeping database including priority points & credits.
Note: For property administrators, it is recommended you attend both Property Administrator and User sessions.
